Volunteer Opportunities
The AmVets is an all-volunteer organization. We appreciate all the efforts of all our volunteers – whether it’s a weekly commitment or you just have an hour or two to spare. Please consider helping out. These are just a few of the things you can do to help. If you aren’t ready to commit to working an event, please just attend. Every dinner, baked good or raffle ticket you buy or game you play supports our charities.

Ways to help
The chairperson of the event decides which charity the proceeds go to.
- Dinners – First and third Saturdays, last Monday of the month – One or two people to chair the event, help in the kitchen
- Bake Sales – Second Sunday of the month – One or two people to chair the event, and all donated baked goods are welcome
- Events – Help with organizing the event, getting donations, working the event
